Our Vetting Process
Thorough Background Check
At Jupillo, we begin by conducting a comprehensive background check on each company. This step helps us collect vital information to ensure their profile aligns with our high standards.
Introductory Call
Once the background check is complete, we arrange a call to learn more about the business. This conversation allows us to ensure our values, goals, and expectations are perfectly aligned.
Application Submission
After the introductory call, contractors are invited to submit an application. This includes:
- Quote templates
- Payment plans
- Accreditations
- Insurance documents
- Photos of completed projects
- Two references
- A detailed list of services and the areas they cover
Site Visit and Agreement
We personally visit at least two completed projects for every contractor. This hands-on review allows us to assess their work quality, client relationships, and team dynamics. Once satisfied, we formalise the partnership by signing a service level agreement (SLA) that clearly outlines the standards contractors must uphold.
